Christmas Delivery Information
We will be closed for the Christmas Break from:
12 noon on Tuesday 22nd December 2009 until 8am Monday 4th January 2010.
ORDERS CAN STILL BE PLACED DURING THE CLOSURE TIME BUT ORDERS WILL NOT BE DISPATCHED UNTIL WE HAVE RETURNED. PLEASE ALLOW 3-5 DAYS BECAUSE OF POSSIBLE BACKLOG.
PLEASE NOTE: THE LAST DAY/TIME OF ORDERING IN TIME WILL BE -
- 1st CLASS POST - TUESDAY 22nd- CUT-OFF TIME 10 AM
- NEXT DAY COURIER - MONDAY 21st - CUT-OFF TIME 12 NOON.
Due to the Christmas demand and workload for delivery couriers and royal mail we cannot be held responsible if your parcel is not received as once we have dispatched it we have no further control.
Please Note: If you have placed an order on or before 10.30am on 31st December 2009, you will receive an email confirmation stating that your order has been despatched when in fact it will not actually be despatched until we have returned. This is due to the planned change in the VAT amount (17.5%). This is so we can invoice any orders placed before the increase at the current rate of 15%. Unfortunately we cannot stop this email being sent.
